3. Service Access Requirements

Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds for unused portions of prepaid services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our services without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content Rights

By submitting photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Facecraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for educational and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of any original work you create, but you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license.

License Grants

When you enroll in our courses, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license terminates upon completion or termination of the course.

Copyright and Trademark Notices

The Facecraft name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Facecraft. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

Payment and Pricing

Course fees are stated in Japanese Yen and are subject to change. Payment is required before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Refund policies vary by course and are communicated at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds may be available for cancellations made within a specified period before the course start date, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality educational services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, skill improvements, or professional success.
